How Marketing messages with a cause can help raise awareness.

Sometimes we get carried away by the coldness of Marketing. Even though it is true that many of its practices are small actions to reach an end - which is selling-, we should not focus solely on the premise of just creating strategies to sell a product or service, but also creating awareness.Autism is one of many disorders, better known as autism spectrum disorder (ASD). In this case, it is a complex neurobiological condition that exists throughout the entire life of the individual who experiences it. It is characterized by several degrees of disability in communication and social skills, but repetitive behaviors are also very characteristic. The symptoms can range from mild to severe. The slightest of the disorder is what many of you may have heard about, and it is known as Asperger's syndrome. There are other developmental disorders such as Rett syndrome, PDD NOS (pervasive developmental disorders), and childhood disintegrative disorder. In many occasions, fortunately, Marketing campaigns serves to raise awareness about disabilities, a social cause or another real problem and; above all, to carry out actions that help amend errors, improve the human quality of several groups, environmental issues and overall the vulnerable population. It is precisely because of mainstream advances from areas like marketing - diffusion practices and ability to viralize content- that actions take place and messages reaches global audiences.
